If you use the Website on behalf of a business, that business agrees, to the extent allowed by law, to compensate UNBASE for reasonable losses, claims and costs resulting from its unlawful use of the Website or material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.

11. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about use of this corporate Website.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their stated date.
